In 4 sessions that are each an hour long, you will explore the roots of ancestral/generational trauma as well as what has become a gift from that tree. In a  final session you’ll be guided to create a work of art around the outline of a tree - it’s branches and roots - that allows you to graphically express what you’ve discovered.  Julie will guide you in somatically understanding the gifts and challenges of your inherited history and what you've now become.
